About Steve's Garden & Landscapes
About Steve and his team
Steve's Garden & Landscapes is Steve Coates and his team, based in Dartford. "Steve and his team" is how customers describe them, review after review.
Family run
We are proud to be family run, known locally for our fantastic service.
No job is too big or too small. Our main work is patios, pathways, driveways, fencing and turfing, and we do decking, garden clearance and maintenance alongside, so one team can take a garden from overgrown to finished.
We have many happy and returning customers. Lesley West's review is about the second job we did there, and a DA4 customer wrote that they will use Steve again. Read the reviews.
How we work
Three things the reviews keep saying
Taken from what customers wrote on Checkatrade and TrustATrader.
Quick
A lawn swapped for artificial grass in two days, a new lawn in 2.5 days, a full garden renovation in 6 days, and a big patio in just over a week.
Tidy
Customers write that the site was left clean and tidy, the rubbish taken away and the area swept clean when the job was done.
Straight
Straight advice and doing what we say. A DA4 customer put it simply: "He did what he said when he said he would do which is half the battle."

What customers say
Steve was very transparent and helpful. He gave good advice and tried to help me salvage my old astro instead of trying to get me to spend unnecessarily and I naturally came to the decision to replace with real grass. He and team worked quickly and efficiently and I love my garden now!
This company did an incredible job of dismantling and removing two garden sheds. The two men arrived at the agreed time, worked quickly and efficiently. They were very pleasant ,polite and when they had finished the job they swept the area clean. I have no hesitation in recommending Steves company,
Steve is a very professional and experienced tradesman and the work done by him and his team is excellent. He returns calls, will message updates, gives truly good advice and sources good quality materials, turf, etc. We now have, after extensive rotarvation, proper heat treated top soil without spores mixed with sand and excellent turf. Previously, we did not, although costs were the same. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve to our friends and neighbours.
